2. Chose your gift card distribution option:
Your card will be mailed within seven days of receipt of payment. You have the following card distribution options:
a. The card will be mailed by us to the recipient with your name on the bottom.
b. The card will be mailed to you (the donor) so that you can sign it and mail to the recipient.
c. The card will be sent by us to the recipient without your name on the bottom should you wish to remain anonymous.
d. No card will be sent.
