Making a designated donation (you choose the library department) is a wonderful opportunity to give a meaningful gift that will honor the recipient and provide goods and services to all who enter the library.
It can also be used as a treasured memorial to a loved one.
If you wish to have a card sent to the recipient or the recipient's family, please indicate that on the donation form. First, choose the card you wish to send.
Gift Cards
The wording inside each card is:
"A donation has been made to the Walpole Public Library in your name." (or in the name of your loved one in item D6)
Step 3 - Make your donation by clicking on the DONATE logo.
Your card will be mailed within seven days of receipt of payment.
You have the following options: 1. The card will be mailed by us to the recipient with your name on the bottom. 2. The card will be mailed to you (the donor) so that you can sign it and mail to the recipient. 3. The card will be sent by us to the recipient without your name on the bottom should you wish to remain anonymous. 4. No card will be sent.

The Friends of the Walpole Public Library is a non-profit, tax-exempt organization under IRS Code 501 (c)(3). All contributions are tax deductible in accordance with current laws. Our Tax ID number is available upon request.
